"Pilot: Trees of Glass, Pt. 1" (ep # 1.1) Air date: 16 September 2005
Pilot: When a naval freighter encounters an alien probe in the middle of the Atlantic, a series of events is set in motion
that signals the subtle beginnings of an alien invasion and imperils life on Earth as we know it. Contingency analyst
Dr. Molly Anne Caffrey, whose "Threshold" scenario outlines a plan for managing such an alien threat, is called in to head
up a "Red Team" of scientists, commandos and government officials who must quietly battle the threat while keeping news of
the danger from an unsuspecting public. The investigation begins with the lone survivor of the freighter's crew, Gunneson,
who may hold the key to the first steps of the alien attack plan.
"Pilot: Trees of Glass, Pt. 2" (ep # 1.2) Air date: 16 September 2005 | The
search for Gunneson is on as Molly & the Red Team learn more about the probe, the alien signal, and the intentions of

"Blood of the Children" (ep # 1.3) Air date: 23 September 2005
When a man at a fast-food restaurant is murdered, Molly and her Red Team investigate and begin to suspect the involvement
of a group of military cadets.

"The Burning" (ep # 1.4) Air date: 30 September 2005
A patient at an psychiatric hospital in Ohio escapes and Molly believes he may have been infected by the alien signal
after paintings of glass trees are found in his cell. After further investigation, it is suspected one of the missing Big
Horn crew might be involved.

"Shock" (ep # 1.5) Air date: 7 October 2005
Park, one of the infected crewmen from the Big Horn, kills a detective at a Baltimore port during a shootout with an
Asian gang that is smuggling highly sophisticated computer microchips. When Molly arrives on the scene, she learns that
Park survived being shot at the docks and electrocuted on a nearby fence while he was trying to escape. But what she
learns next worries her the most: human technology can create the deadly alein signal. (Episode

"The Pulse" (ep # 1.6) Air date: 14 October 2005 | Molly
and her crew descend on Miami after partygoers there are exposed to the alien signal and begin bleeding and fighting one another.
The Threshold team quickly learn that the signal came through a dance-mix recording that was being played by the party's female
deejay, who is being taken over by the aliens. As the team searches for the missing young woman, they try to trace the
signal's origin and fear that it now may be spreading through technology.

"The Order" (ep # 1.7) Air date: 21 October 2005
While a security leak threatens to put the Threshold plan in jeopardy, Molly fears that residents in a small Rhode Island
town may have been infected by the alien signal after several people reported having disturbing dreams about trees made of
glass. The leak is brought to Molly's attention when a newspaper article appears that vaguely mentions Threshold.
Unfortunately, the article gets a meddling senator's attention and he insists on being included in the project.

"Revelations" (ep # 1.8) Air date: 7 November 2005 Molly travels to Indiana after
a Threshold agent who was watching the boyhood home of an infected Big Horn crewman disappears. While she's there Molly
learns that one of the town's ministers may be infected. The pastor claims to have seen visions of a glass sea and is
warning his congregation to prepare for the end of the world. Back in Washington DC, Baylock leads an effort to locate
the sunken Big Horn and raise it to the surface for study.

"Progeny" (ep # 1.9) Air date: 22 November 2005 Three women in the DC area come
to the attention of Molly and her team when an artist beheads her husband, an oil billionaire's wife attacks a bank teller,
and an attorney mutates and explodes on a streetcorner. The investigations reveal that all three were infected by the
alien signal from a startling and unexpected source. In other events, Molly meets with the new National Security Advisor,
who will oversee the Threshold project.

"The Crossing" (ep # 1.10) Air date: n/a Three of the alien prisoners being
held at the Threshold command center escape, which leads Molly to formulate a plan to move five infected detainees to a more
secure facility in the mountains of West Virginia. Unfortunately, the truck carrying them is ambushed. Back at
the lab, Molly's team learns a disturbing new way that people are being infected and a key member of the group shows signs
of possible infection.

"Escalation" (ep # 1.11) Air date: n/a Lucas is infected with the alien DNA from
something he ate. The infectees have harvested crops with the alien DNA. Caffrey must find a way to stop what could be nearly
200 new infectees. Also, one of the aliens approaches her with an interesting revelation.
"Vigilante" (ep # 1.12) Air date: n/a When a number of infectees and seemingly
innocent people are killed, it becomes apparent that someone is going after people affected by the alien signal, and is locating
them via their heightened brain waves. How is the killer linked to Bighorn crewman Manning, and does his method of finding
his victims mean that Molly, Cavennaugh or Lucas could be next on his list?
"Alienville" (ep # 1.13) Air date: n/a Molly Caffrey and Cavennaugh go out to
a town call Allenville in search of a Doctor who they think is infected and find more then they were looking for. Meanwhile
things at Threshold get heated with the pregnancy of the infected woman coming to an end.
